Dreaming of a new boat? Or simply dreaming of summer? Come visit with the IDNR at the Chicago Boat Show! In its new location at the Donald E. Stephens Convention & Conference Center in Rosemont, you can find fun for the whole family.

- January 10 – 12 Tinley Park Fishing, Travel, & Outdoor Expo
Tinley Park Convention Center, 18451 Convention Center Drive, Tinley Park, IL
Visit with the IDNR in Booth 205 at the Tinley Park Fishing, Travel, & Outdoor Show. The show will feature exhibitors from the Midwest, including vacation resorts, fishing guides, charters, tackle stores and manufacturers, fishing clubs and organizations from several states. New feature attractions including a Kid's Trout Pond and Fishing Simulators to test your skills. There will also be fishing seminars, outdoor demonstrations, raffles, prizes and giveaways. Admission is $10.00 for adults, $8.00 for seniors and veterans, $5 for kids 7-12, and kids under 6 are free. An adult three-day pass is $20 and $14 for seniors and veterans. Parking is also free.

- January 17 – 19 Muskie Expo
Kane County Fairgrounds, 525 South Randall Road, St. Charles, IL
The 2024 Muskie Expo Chicago offers a wide variety of seminars for the entire family. All events are included with your admission. Be sure to stop by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources Aquatic and Invasive Species booth!

- January 23 – 26 Chicagoland Fishing Expo
Schaumburg Convention Center, Schaumburg, IL
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources Urban Fishing Program Coordinators will be on hand at the Chicagoland Fishing Expo. The show features include seminars with top-notch local and national fishing professionals and over 100 travel related exhibitors (including guides, lodges, resorts and regional promotion agencies), most of the major fishing tackle manufacturers, local fishing retailers, and a diverse selection of fishing boats. Stop by to visit the IDNR at our Booth 618!

- February 13 – 16 QCCA Fishing, Hunting and Outdoor Adventure Show
QCCA Expo Center, Rock Island, IL
Come on out and visit with the IDNR at the QCCA Fishing, Hunting and Outdoor Adventure Show. Tickets are $8 for adults, $1 for kids aged 6 to 15, and kids under 6 are free.
